Add the amount specified in the user manual. Keep water below the centre divider so the two areas remain separate.

Press the power button and check the display.

Use the + / − buttons to adjust the current.

Rest both hands flat on the pads and maintain steady contact, with thumbs in the centre recess.
YOUR PERSONAL ROUTINE
Your hands sweat when you feel nervous or excited, or in hot conditions, but become dry again relatively quickly.
Your hands sweat several times a day. Each episode lasts longer, and it may take hours for them to dry naturally.
Your hands sweat almost constantly, regardless of your surroundings or emotions, with few lasting dry periods.
| Severity | Total timeacross multiple days | Suggested currentWomen | Suggested currentMen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mild | 90–120 min | 10 mA | 15 mA |
| Moderate | 130–170 min | 15 mA | 20 mA |
| Severe | 175–230 min | 20 mA | 25 mA |
Assess changes after 4–15 days of consistent use. Do not expect sweating to decrease after every single session.
Start with one session per day. No more than two sessions per day, spaced more than 8 hours apart.
When light sweating returns, use once every 3–7 days. For example, if 100 minutes of initial use achieved dryness, allow 20 minutes for maintenance — one-fifth of the initial time.
If one maintenance session is not enough, continue with further sessions until satisfied.
Example: The suggested current is 20 mA, with a total of 150 minutes, but you can only tolerate 10 mA.
Keep each session at 20 minutes: 15 sessions in total, spread over multiple days.
For example, 20 minutes becomes 40 minutes, split into two 20-minute sessions.
Max. 2 sessions per day, more than 8 hours apart.
Stop use if significant pain or an unusual skin reaction occurs.
